Isaac Merritt Singer
Isaac Singer was an inventor. He invented a sewing machine that achieved more fame because it could be adapted to home use and could be bought on hire purchase.i belive it was successful because he became famous for it and was given a patent

James Watt was a inventor, he invented the first reliable steam engine. It was the first type of steam engine to make use of steam at a pressure just above atmospheric to drive the piston helped by a partial vacuum. i think it was succesful because it canceled all the other incoming machines.
